Smarthouse Smartliving
Over the last few decades in the US we’ve been taught (and in fact asked) to consume. The idea of thinking about what we’re consuming has traditionally been linked to the price tag and our needs/wants. Now, as a new movement of “Smartliving” gains momentum, we’re asked to question much more than the financial costs and needs/wants…but those are old habits to break.
Kickstand is embarking on a first of its kind project to understand this new movement, how people will be evolving toward it, what their motivations and drivers are, the gap between intention and action and the future of this new and important societal shift. Along with our partner Cercone Brown we will present what we learn this summer to the national media. We’ll keep you posted.
